22 years’ experience in Business Development and Strategic Initiatives, across sectors in Aviation, Travel & Transportation, Finance & Automotive. Proven track record of driving global strategies, market expansion and process improvements across business development functions and collaborating with EDB/GovTec@SG, IMDA and USDA attache’s in operating countries which resulted in accelerated growth and new commercial models, gained from an extensive international employment history. I am based in Singapore since 2012.

I have worked with customers around the world to drive growth through digital transformation, process simplification, and the adoption of technology. I am a Design Thinking advocate with a strong belief in the end-to-end user experience, the power of data and the value of innovation.
Whilst I obviously have extensive experience in the travel & transportation industries, my focus with Symplavise is predominantly providing advisory and facilitation services to SMEs. For example, be a sounding board for the CEO and COO, help develop their strategy and business plans, facilitate workshops for specific initiatives, review and refine their business processes.
