Where the fit is right, we also assist larger enterprises, leveraging our team’s extensive experience working in or with such organisations.

Unlike many others, our approach isn’t just customer-centric. We take into consideration your customers, their customers, and your internal team, helping you operate at your best so you can deliver the outcomes that matter.

To remain flexible and cost-effective, we prioritise remote engagements but recommend in-person engagements for selected services.



ENGAGEMENT STRUCTURES

We offer five levels of engagement;

Advisor as a Service  – a longer term of engagement, usually for a year, with a single advisor, e.g. an advisor provides and agreed number of hours per month to support your needs

Credits – a pre-determined and pre-paid block of credits that can be used across advisors at a flat rate per advisor, e.g. where varied skill sets are required to fulfil your needs

Daily – for a day or a few days engagement, e.g. a two-day strategy and planning workshop facilitation

Hourly – for very short engagements, e.g. a purpose workshop

Project – for a specific timeframe of scope. e.g. a 6-week business process reengineering initiative
