ABOUT ME
I am a dynamic leader, facilitator and coach with over 30 years of international experience spanning Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Europe, America, and the Pacific. Throughout my career, I have held a variety of senior leadership roles in renowned organisations while servicing an impressive client base which includes Standard Chartered Bank (SG), BNP Paribas (SG and IN), UOB (SG), Singtel (SG), Ananda (TH), San Miguel Corporation (PHP), Globe Telecom (PHP) and more. Most recently, I served as Director of the SAP Experience Centre in Singapore, where I designed and delivered immersive, high-impact customer experiences that brought SAP’s innovative technologies to life.
My coaching and facilitation style is pragmatic, open, and deeply empathetic. Having navigated leadership challenges first-hand, I can offer practical insights that differentiates me from many facilitators and coaches who approach leadership development primarily through theoretical lens.
I have successfully coached and developed numerous leaders and high-potential individuals, helping them to; find and act on their purpose, build greater self-awareness and master self-management, explore possibilities and understand the impact of their decisions, set achievable goals with clear plans to reach them, and maintain momentum through ongoing progress tracking and accountability.

Through Symplavise and The Purpose Shift, I provide facilitation, coaching and advisory services to organisations looking to redefine the way they develop their leaders and teams. While continuing to offer services in core leadership skills such as leading others, change, DEI, communication and influence, I am also offering programs that help connect individuals to their purpose and then act on this.
