ABOUT ME
As a Clinical Director for Positive Behaviour Support, I bring extensive experience as a Behaviour Support Specialist, International Behaviour Analyst, Developmental Educator, and Sexuality Educator. My career has been dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals with disability through evidence-based, person-centred, and trauma-informed practices.
I specialise in consulting with disability service providers and mentoring clinicians, with a strong focus on Positive Behaviour Support and Quality of Life. I have a proven track record in navigating complex stakeholder environments and delivering sustainable, positive behaviour support strategies across diverse client populations, including both children and adults.
My approach is grounded in best practice and the implementation of the least restrictive alternatives. I am highly experienced in assessing and reducing Restricted Practices, and I work collaboratively with teams to build systems that enhance safety, dignity, and long-term outcomes. I deliver training to multidisciplinary teams, supporting them to embed analytical, ethical, and person-centred frameworks into their daily practice.
